i have quite a few symptoms that have started since i was a teenager. i have constant headaches, tunnel vision that come and goes, nausea, fatigue, low blood pressure (it stays about 85/50-90/60 almost all the time), unintended weight gain (ive gained almost 60lbs since the first of the month, they found out that i do have an irregular heartbeat (palpitations) but thats all. My periods are always irrgular and i can go 6 months without having one. my mom had mentioned a pituitary gland tumor. Is this possible? what else could be causing all of this since they have ruled out my heart?
