What Causes Irregular Periods And Brown Vaginal Discharge?

Hi doctor, my menstral period has not been regular since when I fiance started releasing his sperm in me, my menstral cycle is usually 28days. Oct was 31 days, Nov was 28 days, Dec was 31 days and now Jan is 27days. I have been trying to get pregnant, it is only that of Jan sex am sure I had sex at d time of ovulation. I saw a light and pink blood yesterday afternoon without cramps but av been experiencing air coming out of my vagina before then. But at night, din t c any blood again, it was a brown discharge. Don t know wat is happening to me

understand your concern
I think main problem in your case is brown vaginal discharge.
Following are the cause of unusual bleeding:
1. Hormonal imbalance
2. Dysfunction of ovary: PCOS
3. Uterine fibroid
4. Adenomyosis
5.Rare: cancer of ovary, uterus, cervix
6. Thyroid problem, endometriosis
7. Stress
8. Excessive weight loss/gain
9. Pelvic inflammatory disease

So I think yous should consult doctor.
Do the following test
1. Blood test: FSH, LH, Estrogen, progesterone, HCG, Thyroid hormone, ESR, CBC, Blood clotting abnormality
2. Pelvic examination
3. PAP smear
4. USG
5. Hysteroscopy

Maintain proper hygiene before and after sex/urination
Use condoms and lubrication during sex
