What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Pregnancy Symptoms?

Hi, About three months ago I missed my period, I didn t think much of it because i have missed periods before due to endometriosis. The next month I had two periods which threw me off a bit because I have never had that happen. Last most I bleed for the entire month. This entire time I have had pregnancy like symptoms but the two test I took early on showed negative. I have tried to schedule an appointment with my OB/GYN but they are extremely backed up at the moment. What could this possibly be?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Irregular periods experienced by you are suggestive of abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB).
Onset of menstruation rules out pregnancy and it is also proven by a negative pregnancy test on two occasions.
Abnormal menstruation can occur due to hormonal imbalance, fibroid(s), endometriosis etc.
You need to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
