What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Brown Bleeding And Abdominal Cramps?

Hi doctor,I had sex last Thursday and it was my first time. We used a condom which my boyfriend said didn t break. I m not taking any other form of contraception. I got my period or what appeared to be my period on the 9th. The blood was brownish red in colour and it was thick just like period blood. I also had cramps. My flow was kind of light and lasted only 4 days. This was kind of unusual for me as my period sometimes went on for 7 days and my period is also irregular. I am just wondering if it was in fact my period or my hymen breaking?

I really appreciate your concern, hymen breaking could be very less likely but this could be menses bleeding only, and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
