What Causes Irregular Menstruation And Brown Vaginal Discharge?
I have extremely irregular cycles, ranging from 28 days to skipping three months altogether. There s no way of knowing when my next period will come. I occasionally have small amounts of odorless brown discharge that I cannot track. I also sometimes experience my usual PMS symptoms such as acne, breast tenderness, and anxiety, but I never actually get my period that month. Is there something wrong?

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation first. Do a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries. Also go for a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist to rule out any infection or cervical pathology. Irregular periods can be due to some thyroid disorder or PCO problem. You may need some hormonal treatment.
