Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Most probably these are ventricular premature complexes along with atrial ectopics. These are ectopic or extra beats. These are usually benign. These are frequently associated with MVP, also caffeine, alcohol, thyroid problems may aggravate these. So before going ahead we need to confirm it. Since these are not picked in 24 holter monitoring, you should get mobile based rhythm monitor which you can apply daily and whenever you want for analysis. Or else you may get longer monitor attached like loop or event recorder. You should also get thyroid test done and also echo done to rule out structural heart disease. You ll need beta blockers like Metoprolol to keep these under control.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
