What Causes Involuntary Twitching Of Muscles Around My Eyebrows?

I am having issues with my eyebrows and muscles around my eyes moving constantly in all directions involuntarily as if they are trying to stretch my face out, or make an expression that I'm not trying to make. What's going on? I was told I had strong suggestion of Multiple Sclerosis after an MRI once, but before my appointment with the Neurologist, my insurance expired after I left a job due to the issues that brought me to the doctor in the first place.. what are your thoughts? How do I fix this? It is really starting my ability to function during the day as my sole thought process resides with it.
