What Causes Intermenstrual Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi I recently had a period on July 2 and ended on the 8th of the same month with heaven cramps this is normal for myself then on July 11 I started to bleed again and have not stopped since the period started of semi light and was really brown in color and now is increasing to a more red color I m a little confused because I have had about 4 period in a month and half now and the days in between are getting short and shorter should I be worried

Hi dear this condition is known as Menorrhagia..Please follow this points
1) Possible cause are hormonal imbalance , structural abnormality of reproductive tract, Anovulation, any growth in cervix,sometimes thyroid problem
2) Do the following investigation Pelvic USG, Pap smear, Vaginal swab test, Thyroid profile
3) Most common is Hormonal imbalance
4) In treatment Oral contraceptive pills/ progesterone pills are used under the observation of gynaecologist
5) Tranexamic acid used for stoppage of bleeding
6) Ibuprufen for pain relief
