What Causes Intense Pain And Pressure In The Cervix?

I have an intense pressure feeling and I cant decide if it s my cervix area or in my anus, the feeling is there all the time but it hurts to lean forward and the pressure gets worse when urinating because muscles are relaxing, it s not painful as such, more uncomfortable, I ve had it now for 3 days so I know it s not trapped wind or due to needing the toilet.....

I think you should get further evaluated by a gynaecologist to examine you physically vagina and colon and do a pap smear. Any mass can cause this discomfort.
