What Causes Intense Cramps In The Stomach And Chest During Pregnancy?
Hi Dr. I worry a bit about what just happen this afternoon. Firs I have to say I am healthy 18 weeks pregnant. For lunch I had tuna can with avocado, tomato and one boiled egg. to fisish, a glass of milk...right after I start having this intense cramp in my chest/stomach, I couldnt take deep breath, I didnt say anything thinking it will pass but after 10 minutes of getting worst somebody said I look pale,...I start feelin deezy and blurry and said I will faint...and I did for couple of second. People beside me woke me up and the pain went away 5 min after...I am in bed now recovering...what could it be? Could it be dangerous for baby? Thanks for your time and consideration.

Symptoms seem to be unrelated to each other. The cramp in the stomach can be caused by gastritis but the dizziness cant be contributed by the same.if u change position suddenly dizziness can happen example getting up after lying down standing for long time all dis can cause dizziness in pregnancy called as ortho static hypotension.I would anyway suggest a echo to rule out cardiac causes
