General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Tingling numbness, pain &radiation are signs of nerve pressure. You either have pressure on the nerve at cervical spine, neck, elbow or in the palm I. form of carpal tunnel syndrome.

Need consultation of an orthopedic doctor. Aided by MRI of the suspected area to confirm the site followed by specific treatment in the form of anti-inflammatory drugs/local steroid injection already Ng with physiotherapy OR surgery in few cases.

Till then rest to the part, over the counter pain pills &hot or ice compresses would give some relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
