Hello,

I have studied your case.

As pre your history infection need to be completely debrided .
You may need to investigate like CRP ,CBC,ESR
PCR culture of aspirated fluid is very useful to find culprit organism.

If TB is confirmed you need to start anti TB medication and strict rest to knee.
And if its septic arthritis you need surgical debridement.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
