What Causes Indentations On Cheek?

My boyfriend has a little depression in his cheek. It constantly has pus in it. It can range from a watery-foul smelling discharge to a more solid cheesy foul smelling discharge. He has used acne creams, alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, and even a topical antibiotic but nothing seems to help. What can we do?

hello thanx for consulting at hcm..it could be bcz of fracture of that region,, did he have any recent fall?? or due to odontogenic infections..osteomyelitis,, kindly get x-ray done and a consult with oral medicine and oral surgeon specialist,,get complete blood test, sensitivity test, ad u may need higher antibiotics and analgesics...hope it helps..tc
