What Causes Indentation On Left Side Of Abdomen?

Indentation of the left side of my abdomen, if you go 2 cm above umbilicus and move 3 cm left of the umbilicus, that is where the indentation is. That section draws inwards when I push my stomach out or not flex abdomen. My stomach feels and looks distended. I have no medical conditions, except for off and on constipation and diarrhea. Majority of the time I would say I have constipation. I ve been getting some nausea recently. Is this bowel obstruction, constipation, hernia, cancer?
