Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

How old are you? Are you hypertensive? or Diabetic?

It may be a cardiac problem or anxiety neurosis or depression or anemia or hyperthyroidism etc.

Until the examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol consumption, smoking and caffeine drinks.

Please get an ECG and cervical X-ray AP view then consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
