hi, thanks for writing in. the symptoms that you are stating are similar to that of pre menstrual syndrome or pre menstrual tension cause before menstruation due to normal ovulatory function. it is often accompanied by emotional disturbances due to fluctuation in hormone levels.there may be breast soreness, fullness of breasts. you can take muti vitamin tablets . and also consult a gynaecologist if the symptoms are very severe.
