To lose weight a strict and healthy diet coupled with moderate exercise is required. I advise you to take low carbohydrate , high protein, low fat foods.2 to 3 servings of vegetables and green leafy vegetables and 4 to 5 servings of friuts.3 litres of water
Sample diet menu:
Early morning. 1 cup green tea.
Breakfast: oatmeal and a friut except mango, chickoo, banana.
Mid morning: big bowl of fruits.
Lunch: start with 1 glass of water before half an hour , big bowl of raw salad, 1cup of brown rice with dal,1cup of mixed veg curry.
evening: 1 cup of sprouts.
