Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,

The pain you explained and the increase in SGOT and SGPT is not related to thyroid pathologies. You need to check the antibodies of hepatitis B.

It is the most common cause of the increase in liver enzymes at your age.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mirjeta Guni, Endocrinologist
