It clogs the blood in there and make clots of blood that may come out in different sizes. You should use an appropriate sized pad. But don t worry as is all normal and happens sometimes in females of your age. Remember, if you get fever or unusual malaise and weakness, or pain that has a different pattern than you usually have, please consult your Gynaecologist for proper evaluation and treatment. She will examine you for any Pelvic Inflammatory disease or other blood diathesis and will treat accordingly.
