Hello,

Hot flash treatment including hormones (estrogen) is the most effective treatment for menopause symptoms. Most women need to take estrogen with another hormone, called progesterone. If you want to take hormones as your doctor option for you. Exercise and eat healthy food also can help for hot flashes.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
