Hii ,

Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here

I have gone through Your query and will try to provide information you need on it

From the Medical Information You Provided it seems you are having an acute episode of Acid Reflux , (Stomach Acid Coming up into Your esophagus causing discomfort )

You can take any Over the counter Antacid like Digene which will interact with acid in your stomach and neutralized it
if problem persist than it is a may be a chronic disorder called Gastroesophageal reflux Disorder , in that case your doctor will prescribe drugs like Pantoprazole to be taken on empty stomach , it will decrease the amount of acid secretion in your stomach but i will advise you not to take it without consulting your GP

however it is very common problem and easily be controlled by medicines and few life style modifications
you may follow these instructions -
-Don't go to bed with a full stomach
-Don't overeat
-Eat slowly
-Wear loose-fitting clothes
-Avoid heartburn triggers- foods and beverages that trigger your heartburn symptoms
-Stop Alcohol and smoking if you do
-Exercise and loose some weight if you are over weight
-Raise the head of your bed

however other medical conditions can also cause it and it require through medical examination to spot a confirm diagnosis so i will strongly suggest you to visit a gastroenterologist to rule out any underlying medical condition

I hope it help
