What Causes Hives On Contact With Water?
Hives on contact with water. Set off by swimming showering. Not excessively itchy except on head. I am female 36 years of age. Water is rainwater and clear swimming water no known chemicals. Symptoms started about 1 year ago and do not occur every time. Sometimes from sweating.

Swimming water irrespective of their apparent purity are always impure to the extent of some contact allergies and need to be avoided to the extent or a shower before or after in case needed be adopted.
Right now some antihistamines and topical hygiene care is advised and sufficinet. Get to a dermatologist if symptoms persist.
