What Causes High Fever, Headache And Cough In An Adolescent?

My so is 13, he is running a fever of 102.3. His symptoms are fever, headache, and caught. I gave him a night time fever reducer and a caugh drop. My concern is we have had west nile reported in mosquitos in our neighborhood. Should l be concerned or is their a symptom I should be on the look out for.

But it seems viral upper respiratory tract infection according to your symptoms and signs.
You need to consult the ENT specialist for further evaluation.
You must also take plenty of fluids so that body keep rehydrated.
