Hi

High sugar levels could be due to multiple factors like:
1. Improper diet control
2. High lipid levels
3. Stress induced
4. Obesity
5. Insulin resistance
6. Excessive hormones like corticosteroids, glucagon

What you need is a thorough investigation and dose adjustment of Insulin. May be insulin sensitisers oral drug would be required too.

Do get back to me for additional information.

Best regards,
