What Causes High Blood Pressure?

i had my blood pressure taken and it came up to be 158/113 im aware this is high especially as i am of average weight and only 23 a second pressure was taken and it was higher once again what could be the cause of this and how can i lower it, i do get migranes and once 4 years ago had high blood pressure that was to do with my lifestyle at the time i see no reason why iy should be high now

hai,

factor like genetic exposure,age,environmental ,diet,exercise will influence and precipitate hypertension.
adding to that hypertension will be associated with any heart abnormality and systemic abnormality like thyroid problem etc.

as you got hypertension kindly consult a physician for proper treatment and management.
migraine is not a causative factor for hypertension.

following certain lifestyle and diet will help in lowering hypertension.

reduce salt intake in your daily usage.
Avoid junk,fried food
smoking should be avoid (if you had it)
daily walking for 30 minutes will help .
