What Causes High Blood Pressure With Type 1 Diabetes? Suggest Treatments

Hi. I am 54 years old and have had type 1 diabetes for 42 years. I have managed it successfully without complications for all of these years. My cholestoral level and triglycerides are normal, but my blood pressure has been extremely high lately. What is the cause of this and how can I treat it naturally?

Hello,
Long standing dispabetes in itself leads to various types of cardiovascular problems and hypertension is one of them.
Very frankly speaking,it would be very difficult for you to manage it by just natural means, since the levels are high.
However you must try the natural means, which include shedding of weight, salt restriction etc.
You must consult your doctor and get proper antihypertensive medications because high blood pressure may cause various cardiovascular or cerebrovascular accidents.
Thanks
