What Causes High Blood Pressure Along With Dizziness?

hi, for several months now i have been haveing jitters from the inside and out, and 4 times now been rushed to hospital for my blood presure being high.... but they say there is nothing wrong and send me home, but i still have the jitters and light headed feelings.

1. Avoid lipids and salts.
2. Eat 2-3 eggs in a week and eat meet 2-3 times a week.
