HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned.

The heavy and prolonged bleeding would contribute to the dizziness because of the excess blood loss.
Your blood count may be lower than normal and this may also affect your blood pressure.

Headaches can occur as a result of the low blood pressure.

It would be best to be assessed by your doctor. This assessment would include a general and pelvic examination and investigations such as ultrasound.
The ultrasound would be looking for possible fibroids or endometriosis as causes of the bleeding.
It would also identify any other abnormal growths.

I hope this helps
