What Causes Heavy Bleeding During Menstruation?

My sister in law has had two heavy periods a month for several months. She has also had three 6 hour iron injections I think she needs a hysterectomy her iron stays at 6.2 or below. She travels three weeks out of every month and last Sunday and started getting worse. Slurred speech, drive her rental into the office bldg her feet got confused which was brake and gas and she is constantly tired her fingers on her right hand are starting to curl in as if maybe a stroke. Indeed, the history is suggestive of a uterine problem, perhaps a tumor which needs evaluation. You could get an Ultrasound pelvis done as soon as possible and meet the doctor with the report. A drop in haemoglobin will cause all these symptoms. Go to the doctor with the Ultrasound report and the Blood count report. Treatment will depend upon the cause.
