What Causes Heavy Bleeding After Intercourse?

my girlfriend was a virgin we had sexual intercourse it was all good until I pulled out and put it back in it hurt her... she got home she text me and said she was bleeding and the next day she is still bleeding heavily what s wrong can you please help me

Hello,
As this is the first sexual encounter of your girlfriend, so there is high possibility that your penetration might have ruptured her hymen and this can lead to bleeding and again first time when penis enters in vagina, there will be some pain due to very narrow path, but it will ease off as time passes.
So i want to advise you that if bleeding is still there after 24 hours and its not menstrual bleeding, then she needs to consult a gynecologist to rule out any other cause of bleeding.
