General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms suggest urinary tract infection with possible acute exacerbation. The fever, chills, heavy head ache..all suggest urinary tract infection only(specify with your history). You should get your urine sample checked routine µscopic along with culture &sensitivity ...(considering your past history of UTI) for getting suitable &effective antibiotic to cure you. A sufficiently long course of antibiotics is usually advised for complete relief. Please consult a Nephrologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
