What Causes Heaviness In Heart While Sleeping?
I think i have sleep apnea and i was also diagnosed with panic disorder. just a moment ago i woke up gasping for air right before i was about to fall asleep and now i still feel a heavyish feeling in my heart. i am only 17 and i dont smoke or anything. what is it?

This could possibly be due to sleep apnea.
The drug treatment like zolpidem for inducing proper sleep is helpful.
This will also reduce anxiety.
Avoid ativan and similar drugs as this may precipitate sleep apnea.
