I am a very healthy 27 year Old girl. I am Not over weight and exersice regularly. We have heart disease in both sides of my family and my father has had a heart attack in his 40's he is now 60. For years I have suffered with palpitations when tired or hungover but recently I hae felt a fluttery feeling in the lft side of my chest when I run up the stairs. It lasts a second them it goes but it is noticble. Feels like a twitch that you have in your eye but in my chest. It seems to only happen with quick Sudden bursts of exersice as appose to steady consistent
