Not over weight and exersice regularly. We have heart disease in both sides of my family and my father has had a heart attack in his 40's he is now 60. For years I have suffered with palpitations when tired or hungover but recently I hae felt a fluttery feeling in the lft side of my chest when I run up the stairs. After going through your medical details I understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that heart rate is ever changing phenomena which depends on your activity level, emotions and physical factors. As you already a Cardiac disease in your family history then I will recommend you to get a basic cardiac evaluation done to be on safer side. This cardiac evaluation includes an ECG and echocardiography.

The given symptoms are cardiac disease related and it has to be brought to investigations like EKG and ECHO, if the tests are unremarkable then the symptoms could be due to low hemoglobin or functional in origin but first is to go for cardiac evaluation test.
