What Causes Heart Palpitations With Difficulty In Breathing?

I have always suffered from palpitations that would last maybe 4/5 minutes and upon breathing into a paper bag would go away, lately tho they have been lasting around 30 mins or so and i get really out of breath as if im breathing through a straw, why are they getting longer?

hello,
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
your palpitation needs evaluation more so if it is lasting for about 30 minutes. It is possible that you might be getting condition called SVT.But this can only be confirmed by ECG.I suggest you to go to nearest hospital during spell of palpitation and get an ECG done .Depending upon your report we may decide further course of action,
My best wishes
