1. As you are a young female thus probable cause could be:

anxiety [stress]
. overactive
thyroid . could be
LVH [left ventricular hypetrophy/Arrhythmias] but to exclude these consultation with a Cardiologist or Medicine specialist is necessary
2. Schematic Examination will be:
. first palpate the pulse for
tachycardia & arrhythmias. If pulse rate is > 90, look for thyroid swelling, then auscultate the heart for
murmurs and look for heaving apex beat of left ventricular hypertrophy
3. If no response to general treatment for Anxiety [beta blockers/ tranquilisers], then
. serum T3,T4,TSH-to rule out hyperthyroidism
. ECG & Holter moniter test: to rule out arrhythmias
. blood sugar to exclude hypoglycemia
4. Avoid excess tea/coffee
. avoid alcohol & smoking
. avoid mental strain
