I am experiencing heart palpitations, fatigue, light headed, abdominal pain, blurred vision

eversince childhood, i sometimes experienced heart palpitations, and blurring of my visions. what causes those signs? i m 33 years old now, female.

u need to have proper examination and som einvestigations like ecg,regular b.p monitering and some blood tests
so better u contact some physician

If you are sensitive and having nervous type of nature you may get this type of problem.
If you are thin and lean you may palpate or feel your heart rate which you call palpitation.
If you got any thing wrong in your heart,you might have diagnosed by now as this is there since childhood.
You might have low bp tendency.
