What Causes Heart Palpitations, Breathlessness, Dizziness, Syncope, Appetite Loss, Irritation And Headaches?
for the past couple of years i've had random heart palpitations but they weren't that bad until recently. lately these palpitations have caused me to be short of breathe, dizzy, and i have even nearly fainted. also my appetite has declined. i'm getting more headaches and i'm having trouble sleeping. this has caused me to be more irritable than usual. what does this mean and is it serious?
