What Causes Headaches,palpitations And Chest Pains?

Hi.my brother is 16 years and in school.he recently started to experience headaches on one side and especially when he changes body pose(e.g bending). he is now also having what he calls pain in heart and has palpitations. he is now home for holidays. this pain has been there for about 2 weeks now.

I can understand your concern.
At the age of 16 years, these symptoms (headache, palpitations, chest pain) are more suggestive stress and anxiety.
But better to first rule out heart diseases.
So get done ecg and 2d echo.
If these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in his life and start working on its solution.
He may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, he will be alright.
