What Causes Headaches Radiating To Eyes, Loose Motions And Flatulence?

HI. My name is Holden and I ve been having really bad headaches that seem to radiate from behind my eyes/forehead. Also I am having loose, but not diarrhea, bowel movements and flatulating alot. My medications include Effexor, Prilosec and Suboxone which I ve been on all for over a year.

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to different causes:

- an infection or inflammation
- serotoninergic syndrome


I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical exam and some tests:

- lab blood tests (complete blood count, inflammation tests, kidney and liver function tests, blood electrolytes, fasting glucose)
- a brain CT scan
- an abdominal ultrasound
- a stool analysis for possible gastro-enteric infection.
