What Causes Headaches Followed By Dizziness, Nausea And Chest Pain?
Yes, Can you tell me why daily I am having what starts as a slight headache, the I feel dizzy and nauseated then it progresses to slight chest pain and sometimes heartburn and the pain in middle back is harder. I get real tired and I lay down and go to sleep and I feel better when I wake up.

My friend from my opinion I believe you have what will call tension headache due to stress and this stress is leading to a stress ulcer that manifest symptoms of nausea heartburn. I suggest you rest a your leisure time
