What Causes Headaches, Dizziness, Sleeping Difficulty, Depression And Chest Pain?

Sever pain in heels, knees, hip, neck. Headaches. Dizzy Ness. Memory loss. Sensitive to light and sound. Difficulty sleeping. Exhaustion. Depression. Simplist of tasks a real struggle I. E carrying flowers, hoovering, eating (jaw sore). Everything hurts when it s a very simply task. Some days all I want to do is sleep other days not so bad. Pins n needles in hands. Chest pain when rib cage meets breast bone.

Hi,

Symptoms you explain can be due to depression and also fibromyalgia which are both related and can occur together.
There are medications that cover both of these conditions like SSRI medications (sertraline or citalopram) and amitripltylin.

You will need a visit with the doctor to obtain a prescription of one of these medications and also regular follow up visit to follow your progress and need for dose changes till the right dose for you is found.

Some counseling might be good as well and a healthy lifestyle, with a good healthy diet, regular exercise, avoiding caffeine and alcohol or illicit drug use. Having quality time with friends and family and being involved in activities you like or sports might be helpful as well.
