What Causes Headaches And Tiredness Upon Exercising?

I work out 1/2/day cardio, 1/2 hr per day strength, I eat healthy, under my recommended calorie intake, my arms and legs are muscular but my belly is fat. I have insomnia and have had high BP readings. I took prednisone about 67 years ago for 2 years. I've also been treated for acute depression. I have a dull headache and I do get tired with exercise.

Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Your fatigue and headache could be from depression. Lack of sleep also can led tiredness. Moreover exercise also can lead fatigue. I suggest you to do mild to moderate exercise and take healthy diet with fruits. I also suggest you to investigate with CBC to rule out anemia. You can check your calcium level as well. Yoga will also be beneficial in relieving stress.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
