What Causes Headaches And Tender Head?

Hello, I am wondering if I should be concerned about having light headaches for the last 5 days and it seems like my head where the headaches are located is slightly tender to the touch. Nothing major as the 1-10 of the headache would be a 1 or 2 and the tenderness would be the same.

If this is an acute problem and this headache started after an head injury then ui is if concern if no then don't worry. Migraine and headache due to minor ailments present like that as we start to give it attention and starting to feel skin above the area. Don't worry you will be ok. Just take 2 tablets paracetamol PO.
