What Causes Headaches And Ringing In Ears?

I have clicking sounds in my nose/sinuses pretty regularly. I ve had headaches appx 3x/week for the last 7 months. I am allergic to pollen and take zyrtec daily. I do a daily sinus rinse and nasal steroid. Why do I get these headaches and what s up with my sinuses? I also have constant ringing in my ears. All bloodwork is good, minus low vitamin B. I m on B12 injections.I ve been reading about sinus polyps - thoughts?

Hello
Welcome to healthcare magic
yes polyps are common in allergics. These are very common associations. I think you should go for imaging of pns and nasal endoscopy if possible. This will rule out if there is any problem with your sinuses.
