What Causes Headaches And Pain Behind The Eyes?

I have had a headache since Monday-mostly behind my eys when I look around and also when I bend over. I have a fever off and on. My wrists and ankles and feet are sore. so are my leg muscles. I am also having random leg and arm cramps. and no appetite. wondering if this is the flu and just wait it out..?

Here your physical examination should be done with following work up also...
-Auscultation
-Chest x ray
-CBC with peripheral smear
-if platelet count low than dengue evaluated by
Ig M ELISA testing

According to cause further specific treatment given

It could be simple flu or bacterial infection of upper respiratory tract infection which seems most likely

Maintain hydration with lots of water and fruits juices

Decongestant like chlorpheniramine might prescribed

Avoid smoking

Take care

Consult physician for examination and get your prescription accordingly
