What Causes Headaches Along With Chills?

I have been sick since Dec 16 with congestive issues. On Mon Jan 29, I started feeling flu like with headache, body aches,& chills. I went to the Dr on Wed Jan 31. TheDr told me he thought I probably had pneumonia but that my lungs sounded pretty clear. He said he didn’t feel I had the flu because I had no fever. He prescribed me an antibiotic andsaidI should feel better by Fri Feb 2. I took the full dose. It’s now the following Thursdayand I still feel like crap. I have had crazy insomnia even while taking asleep medication

Hello,

Are you suffering from cold or cough or breathlessness? Acute sinusitis or bronchitis or pneumonitis or pharyngitis etcetera may present with headache and fever with chills.

Which tablets you have been used I don't know but drink plenty of liquid. Use water vapor inhalation and saltwater gargling. Avoid smoking if you're a smoker. Use tablet paracetamol thrice a day for five days. Take tablet levocetrizine at night for one week. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
