hi there! regarding your symptoms specially headache, we need to classify what kind of headache you are experiencing since there are different types of headache (migraine headache with aura, migraine headache without aura, tension headche, trigeminal autonomic headache, and other primary headache). i need to ask you if its unilateral headache (means only one side of the head is affected) or bilateral? is its pulsating or non pulsating or or throbbing or stabbing or squeezing in character? are there aggravating factors that causes your headache? during headache, do you have nausea and vomiting or dizziness? does your headache last for 4 -72 hours (untreated)? do you have visual disturbance during headache?
migraine headache is usually unilateral headache, pulsating in character, moderate to severe in character, aggravated by routine physical activity, associated with nausea, photophobia, phonophobia, vomiting, & dizziness.
tension headache on the otherside is bilateral headache, non-pulsating, pressing in character, mild to moderate in intensity, not aggravated by physical activity, no nausea or vomiting, no photophobia or phonophobia.
trigeminal autonomic headache - this includes the cluster headache, hemicrania continua, paroxysmal hemicrania.
