What Causes Headache, Loss Of Balance And Vomiting?
I lost my balance Monday and started having headaches Monday evening, I went to the ER WEDS due to vomiting six times in two hours. They could not find anything in urine or blood. No further tests. On Friday I had a colonoscopy. I was at rimfEs speaking slowly or unable to wind words. The doctor was surprised ER did not do an MRI... How concerned should I be. I am tired. I have an. Appt with my GP Monday.

The symptoms seem to be related to Meniere's disease. It is a disorder of the inner ear that causes episodes of vertigo and nausea.
I would suggest visiting an ENT specialist for further evaluation. Meanwhile, you can use Meclizine tablet to treat the symptoms.
