What Causes Headache Early In The Morning?

i wake up every morning with a really big headache. i sleep through the night really good and once i wake up it hurts. its also not just in one area but all over. i have a tingling sensation in the back of my head sometimes. my headache in the morning is pretty high then goes down just alittle being i get numb almost to the pain. then it peaks again during the day and doesnt ever go away. ive had this for about 3months now. i also have tingling sensation in 2 spots on my back. i was in a roll over in july 2010 and was blacked out once we hit the first hill we crashed into. i came out of the crash fine no broken bones just bruises. so not sure if that will help you.

Hello,

It can be headache due to stress, Stress can sometimes lead to tingling in head. Stressful stimulation activate your body's fight-or-flight response. Stress hormones, such as Norepinephrine, direct blood to the areas of the body that need it most. As a result, you might experience tingling or numbness in head area.

You can take tab paracetamol or tab Naproxen for headache after prescription.
- Avoid noise
- Avoid stressful life activities
- Avoid bright lights
- Avoid TV in the night time
- Take plenty of fluids
-Keep you calm always, do meditation and yoga
