i wake up every morning with a really big headache. i sleep through the night really good and once i wake up it hurts. its also not just in one area but all over. i have a tingling sensation in the back of my head sometimes. my headache in the morning is pretty high then goes down just alittle being i get numb almost to the pain. then it peaks again during the day and doesnt ever go away. ive had this for about 3months now. i also have tingling sensation in 2 spots on my back. i was in a roll over in july 2010 and was blacked out once we hit the first hill we crashed into. i came out of the crash fine no broken bones just bruises. so not sure if that will help you.
