Hello,

You are suffering from headaches, dizziness, tiredness, you are forgetful and also have tingling in your finger tips and hands. Since you are having tiredness and dizziness associated with forgetfulness, you are suggested to get thyroid function tests done, T3, T4, TSH. Underactive thyroid can cause such symptoms.

Stress, depression, lack of adequate sleep, side effects of certain medications can also cause symptoms of forgetfulness. Do not take alcohol or addictions if any as it may trigger your symptoms. To avoid forgetfulness, you should stay active, mentally alert, socialize regularly, do physical exercise, walking and jogging so that there is proper blood circulation in the body as well as the brain.

Take well balanced home made food. Include food rich in vitamin B6,B12, broccoli, fatty fish, blueberries, food rich in magnesium, iron, zinc that are good for the brain and migraine. You can also take supplements. Yes, get clinically examined by a Neurologist, take all Nerve conduction tests, EEG, etc. Get treated at the earliest. You can take Acetaminophen, one SOS for relief. You can also take supplements good for the nerve.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

Do complete your work up like a CT scan of the brain, TFTs, hemoglobin level, sugar level and ESR. I hope all of them would be nearly normal and the chunks of symptoms stated by you are most probably due to anxiety. Consult your doctor when you can. Get well soon.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Imranullah, Psychiatrist
